There are also picnic facilities, a pavilion available for rental, grills, playground, park benches, parking and restrooms.

What’s even more delightful, membership to the Bent Tree Country Club enables the community’s residents to have access to superior golf and country club facilities. The links, originally designed by the noted course architect Bill Lewis, have been renovated under the direction of another talented designer, Ward Northrup. This par 72 layout, host to US Open qualifying tournaments, has five sets of tees suitable to varying levels of play, with tours measuring from 5,645 to 6,863 yards.

The Bent Tree clubhouse is as superb, featuring dining facilities that can accommodate up to 250 guests. In addition to social privileges, the country club has a full-sized swimming pool, a kids’ wading pool, a pro shop, and tennis courts.

Listings of Sarasota homes for sale often feature attractively priced properties at Bent Tree. At the original section of the community, a residence built in 1976 with 1,808 square feet of floor space, three bedrooms, and two baths can have a starting price in the low $100s. In the newer Woodlands sections, the asking prices can top at the high $700s for Bent Tree homes for sale with five bedrooms and four baths and a half in its floor area of 4,675 square feet.
